Awesome experience! We were in the market to trade or Escalade XL for something a little smaller. We test drove a Pathfinder and loved it. We got all the way through financing and started having doubts about the size of the Pathfinder (we have always owned larger SUV's). Above and Beyond all expectations From the friendly greeting, total product knowledge, and old fashioned customer service, we were overwhelmed with the friendly staff and no pressure atmosphere. As this was a surprise for my 16 year old daughter, the salesman supplied red bow capped a wonderful and emotional experience. Just couldn't have been any better.
