No pressure... great experience When I started my search for a new SUV, I had no idea even to what brand / model of vehicle I wanted. Exactly what they said. I requested a quote via the internet and was contacted by Jennifer Hart. She took some basic information from me and quickly gave me an out the door price. No extras and no shenanigans. I made the hour and a half drive to the dealership and was glad I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by my sales person, Mike Morgan, who took care of everything. Went to look, left with an awesome car My husband and I went to the dealership just to look. We had been talking about getting a new car but didn't think it would be today. We started looking around and saw some really nice pre-owned cars. Jimbo helped us. We told him what we wanted to pay and he did his best to help us find a car that we could afford. Great experience! Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable when we came to the dealership. He patiently showed us the models we were interested in and carefully explained all the features. When we decided on the Murano, Michael and the rest of the staff made the purchasing process painless. Michael carefully explained all the new car features, and promised to answer any future questions. Overall, it was a great buying experience.

Great experience! We have known Steve Shea (Service Department) for many years and have trusted his expertise and experience.
