John Paul was professional and overall just a good human being. His workers came and put amazing Christmas lights on the house. There were a couple small issues that came up. His workers were out the next day and took care of it. I highly recommend this company.
It’s been a nice experience working with John and his crew. They came through as a very friendly and professional group. We got our quote for the Christmas lights installation in record time and for the scope of work agreed to, it turned out to be very reasonable. John and his crew were also willing to work with our time schedule and the installation was completed in time. Thanks John for a job well done. The installation came out beautiful and we love it!
I unfortunately hired another company to install my lights. That same night, the lights stopped working. I tried to call them back and was told it was my outlet that needed to be changed. afraid of the expense, I called Legacy Lighting to get a second opinion. with in 30 minutes, John had answered my call and said he’d be able to come and look at the lights since he was already in the neighborhood. We ABSOLUTELY love our Christmas lights! They were installed today on our home by Legacy Lighting and Outdoor Services and they did an outstanding job. John is such a great person to work with. He gave us great ideas for our home and he listened to what we envisioned and offered suggestions to take those ideas up a notch. Legacy Lighting and Outdoor Services is a great and trusting company to hire that’s extremely cost effective. We first had them install hanging bistro lights in our backyard that has transformed it into an additional living space. Since this improvement, we’ve had them come back out and install Christmas lights on our three story house. Trust me, this is work that can only safely be done by the professionals.
