RecommendedI unfortunately hired another company to install my lights. That same night, the lights stopped working. RecommendedLegacy Lighting and Outdoor Services is a great and trusting company to hire that’s extremely cost effective. We first had them install hanging bistro lights in our backyard that has transformed it into an additional living space. Since this improvement, we’ve had them come back out and install Christmas lights on our three story house. Trust me, this is work that can only safely be done by the professionals. I was promised my Christmas lights to be up by the Nov 14. Deadline came no communication from the company and my lights were still not up. I was then given a guarantee of my lights being up by Nov 19. Once again the day came no communication from the company. I once again called and my house was not even on the schedule and I once again had another push back. This company cannot make their guarantee time and does not keep guaranteed. Mr. Chipman, that is not applicable for companies installing 12v landscape lighting or temporary Christmas lights which is the only types of lighting we offer. We are not and have never advertised as being an electrical contractor. As to your statement pertaining to insurance, I can assure you we are fully insured.
