Verified Renter Apartments are great, location is great. Need better package delivery option and need to remove Valet Trash or at least lower the price of that. No one even uses it.

Thank you for your feedback. Since implementing valet trash we have noticed a decrease in bags of trash left laying on the grounds and around dumpsters. Verified Renter Bell Partners doing a good job and care about the appearance and maintenance of complex. You won’t have local relationships with property management, but they stay on top of things through third party vendors and even repair community streets. Elevators used to be non-functional for weeks (up to 2 months) at a time, but not anymore!

Verified Renter Love this community! It’s beautiful, the staff are responsive and the apartment is great! My only complaint are the dog parents who don’t clean up after their pet.

Verified Renter Beautiful grounds and apartment units in a great location that is very walkable! The leasing staff are excellent--personable, professional and thorough! I moved from another country and was only able to view virtually--the leasing staff ensured I saw as much as possible to choose the perfect unit and explained the lease process clearly.

Verified Renter Transitioning from my house to Legacy North has been amazing. The staff here is amazing. Foster has been my go to guy for everything. He is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. The other staff have also been super kind and helpful. They’ve walked me through every step of way and made me and my daughter feel more like family than a resident.
