There were some... (Verified Renter) There were some hiccups with room keys, mail keys, and FOB keys not working but I suppose that's not maintenance. Those issues plus the dirty-ness really slowed the move-in process....but all in all it's a nice place and eventually things get done

It's a very... (Verified Renter) It's a very small space for the price with no parking available to its own residents because there are NO spaces at all at night. The lack of utility closets is ridiculous planning, forcing people to keep their mops, brooms, etc in random places producing clutter.
I found the... (Verified Renter) I found the rent of the apartment to be on higher side when comparing to the other communities in the neighborhood. Otherwise, the community is well maintained, close to markets, good lifestyle with all the amenities accessible.
love it! I lived here in a studio summer 2015 for 3 months. The layout is different from normal apartments-that's what I loved so much. The parking garage is gated, &allows you to drive up to the third floor, park, & enter walkway/ breexeway that is covered & enclosed except for the ends. There are stairs, but you don't have to use stairs to get to the 2 or 3 floor, drive right on up (very convenient for moving in/ out or when you have lots of groceries).
