Anna was sweet and patient as I transitioned to a smaller unit. She helped me every step of the way. I recommend store ease and the staff has been nothing but helpful and always there when you need them.
Initially I was skeptical dealing with the automated app setting up my account. The app was very easy, and when I did ask a few questions, the live on screen customer service employees were wonderful. Very positive experience. I haven't been to the unit as this was my first day setting everything up. I cannot express how pleasant the customer service team were with me. I am sure I have chosen a perfect location to store my household belongings until I purchase my new home in another state.

StoreEase staff is the best! I reserved a parking space online- very quick and simple- Austin called right away to confirm everything. He was super friendly and helpful.
