Crystal was absolutely amazing today. She went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s hard to find people with great customer service anymore, but she was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping. Highly recommend working with Crystal if you need anything at this storage facility!

Great Facility. Super confident in the security. Clean and well maintained. Crystal is the one that I always deal with when I call. She is amazing. She gives me a call sometimes when I forget my bill is do and gives me a chance to pay. She is super nice and always helpful. She went above and beyond by taking time on her day off on a Sunday to meet me at my unit and help me with an issue. I would highly recommend Legacy storage and Crystal is the best!!!!
