Having not lived in a apartment since 98 I was a little scared, but after talking with Christina B. and touring the location I can say that I am truly happy with my choice. The complex is clean quiet and worth the price. There are alot of shopping places within walking distance. The maintenance team that I have met have been friendly funny and make sure they respond quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking to try a new apartment!!
Avoiding renting here! Nothing but issues with management. Not enough parking and maintenance and staff will park in your single assigned spot. Problems with black mold and roaches. Dog poop everywhere. They will try to get every penny out of you. They go as far as charging you a month's rent for ending your lease on the day your lease ends without telling them 2 months in advance you're not renewing. There are plenty of nicer places for less with better management and policies!
Christina B. and her Team are/were very professional in all aspects. She and her Team responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns that we had during and after the application process. Right before we could have completed the signing and acceptance of the full terms of the lease provided to us, it was discovered that due to an existing conflict on our end we were unable to move forward on completing the signing and execution. Love Christina and Joslyn... they have been great 👍! Been here for a few years and I've had nothing but good to say about the front office staff. Thanks ladies!! I only wish we still had fireplaces like when I 1st moved in ☹️.
Pros: Maintenance staff is always diligent and friendly. They consistently try to make improvements to the complex. Cons: So. Much. Dog. Poop.. Lack of parking. Predatory towing that will tow residents vehicles without warning.
