Great Place! This is really quiet Conveniently places complex that’s right next to Lynnhaven mall and about 2 minutes from Walmart. Apartments are in good condition we had no problems with move in and They’re really good about towing Vehicles that have expired Plates or are in a spot that there not assigned too. I would say the only Con to living here is there is a lot of air traffic from the military and the Jets can getting kind of annoying when they fly around. I would recommend living here. Loved living here! I meant to write a review about this place a long time ago. I absolutely loved living here. The apartment was amazing and the leasing office staff were truly the best! I think the only issue we ever had was sometimes parking was a pain but I feel like that’s an issue most apartments have. The only reason we left is because we made the decision to leave the area but if we hadn’t I would still be living here now! Hands down best place I’ve ever lived.
Love this place! *I have been living here for almost a year. I will DEFINITELY be renewing my lease and here is why: The staff is amazing. Right off the bat we felt welcomed and everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. They hold packages in the office, give out parking passes and always answer our emails and calls. The review that says there are bugs, do not be fooled. They have exterminator services that can come by every other week to spray. Great place Great place to live. All units have washer and dryer. Neighborhood is so quit and everyone is friendly.
Legends at the Beach I love the location right next the mall and plenty of restaurants. The office and maintenance workers are very courteous and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when you need something fixed or replaced. Very quite neighborhood, neighbors are friendly. I feel safe walking my dog at 11pm.
