The *same day* I got a call telling me that rainbow roses were back in stock was a day my wife was having a rough day at work. I called in the order, paid the extra fee to ensure delivery, and WOW -- Lehrer's delivered AGAIN! These amazing roses arrived on-time and were the best part of her day. Lehrer's is excellent in every way: reliable, beautiful selections, able to accommodate requests, professional service 7 days a week, and the recipient of my recently ordered bouquet was apparently moved to tears by her flowers. Lehrer's staff calls for approval should they need to substitute flowers and have regular promotions. My MIL sent us a centerpiece for Thanksgiving and unfortunately some of the flowers were already wilted. It was too late to get it replaced for the holiday but Jeanette and Iliana were quick to respond and make it right. They even gave me options for a replacement. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service and recommend them to everyone! Thanks again ladies! You rock!!!
I reside in Honolulu and this is a favorite recommended y a family member who resides close by in CO. Consistency for my orders have been well received by my family recipients! My only complaint is the $20 service charge, it's a bit of a buzzkill after getting an internet "special" price.

I needed a same day delivery for my best friend on her birthday (october1st). Since 1800Flowers couldn't do same day I called the local flower shop in the area my best friend lives. I live out of state, Florida. The person was super friendly and helpful. The flowers arrived earlier then the time he said they would be delivered which is always a plus. I must say I was not only impressed with the quality of the flowers, but they looked as shown on the website when I called in to do the ordering. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Thank you for the awesome bouquet it definitely put a smile on her face..
The arrangement was nice and truly made my sisters day. Nothing is better than flowers when you are down. The business made an error with an additional item I had ordered. They called me the following day and fixed the issue right away & were very apologetic. I would never expect this to be taken care of on a weekend, especially a Sunday, but it was. They turned a "just okay" experience into a great experience. Thank you
