Windows and doors look amazing, top notch quality and work performed by the installers (request Travis for the Cincinnati area). Order was ready weeks/months before original quote which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be using LEI to replace all remaining windows in the coming years.

We had a warranty issue with one of our windows that LEI installed in 2015. Darlene at LEI has been the best person that I have worked with in a very long time. Hopefully they keep her forever. We had an issue with the original documents that I have and she went above and beyond in helping me get our paperwork figured out. Thank you LEI and DARLENE !!!!

We love our new windows and patio door! Wow, what a temperature change almost immediately! The sales rep was very knowledgeable. We got weekly updates on the status of our window production. The two installers were amazing! Other than the new windows, you would never know they were there!
