Mark his crew were wonderful from start to finish. Do not be afraid to choose this contractor for your work. The work crew were courteous, through, excellent work and clean up through and all the way to the end. We had 2 roofs tore off shingles and new installed. Excellent job to all. Appreciate it. Mark even chose the shingles color for us because we could not decide. Glad we did, wonderful choice *****
We hired LEI to replace our patio door, and every step of the process went smoothly. Alan visited our home to make preliminary measurements, walk us through our options, and prepare our quote. Tom came out the following week to make final measurements, and returned ~12 weeks later for installation. The pictures don’t really do it justice. But yesterday, we had 9 windows replaced by LEI Home Enhancements and they did amazing! Our windows had severe nicotine damage and were stained yellow (from the previous owners), the screens were all bent and had holes in them, and some of them wouldn’t stay open so we had to put something in them to hold them up. LEI has quality installers. Our patio door with window above it required specialized installer. The installer did an excellent job and was very detailed in his measurements.

Windows and doors look amazing, top notch quality and work performed by the installers (request Travis for the Cincinnati area). Order was ready weeks/months before original quote which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be using LEI to replace all remaining windows in the coming years.
