This is my experience. Its been over two years since I ordered windows with LEI. To start the salesman lied and told me LEI used in-house installation crew and not sub contractors. I found that out when at my first scheduled install. When I informed LEI customer support and how I felt about the situation they replied letting me know how hidden in the fine print of the contract not only do they use subcontractors but I the client am actually responsible for them.
