Good Morning,May of 2021 we had our 7 windows replaced by LEI. We were very pleased with the installation and the look of the windows.It wasn't until we lost electric the week of June 13th 2022 that we realized how wonderful the new windows actually were.After 48+ hours our house never got and hotter than 81 degrees and the humidity lever stayed pretty decent. This is my experience. Its been over two years since I ordered windows with LEI. To start the salesman lied and told me LEI used in-house installation crew and not sub contractors. I found that out when at my first scheduled install. When I informed LEI customer support and how I felt about the situation they replied letting me know how hidden in the fine print of the contract not only do they use subcontractors but I the client am actually responsible for them.
