We have never owned a Ford we have always bought Toyota’s and Honda’s. Our experience purchasing our Ford Maverick was excellent from the Sales Lady, Finance Manager, Technician and General Manager. All were very professional, customer oriented and did a great job selling us the truck we wanted. We loved that we did not get pressured to buy another type truck and they listened to what we wanted and the features that fit our budget.
Chris was kind of whisked upon us in a spur of the moment scheduling conflict with whom originally helped us, but I can’t see how our experience could have been any better than it was with Chris. He was personable, intelligent, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in.
Leo and Juan helped me get an even better deal than I was hoping for. The got me top dollar for my trade in.
