The time & assistance they spent helping me find the right vehicle was a great experience and we found the right one.
The no haggle, take it or leave it pricing strategy and the actual delivery of the van are two things u liked about the transaction. However, the financing was not a good experience. I made a typo when filling out the credit application. No chance to correct it. I finally decided to just write a check for the van. After that it took about two weeks for the check to clear my bank, and now it has been a month or more and I have no title or plates yet. I could not have been happier with the treatment that I received at Leif Johnson Ford.
Andres was an excellent help with the whole sales process. The dealership needs more lighting in the parking area. It was very hard to inspect the vehicle for purchase in the dark, even when parked next to the building.
Sayed and Angel were outstanding, making sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process, I got the vehicle I wanted and the entire process was fast and easy!

Leo was awesome as he was 9 years ago on a previous truck purchase. Second vehicle I have bought from Leif Johnson without going to the dealership with their easy no hassle process.
