My wife & I recently purchased a Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid from Fareed Masoumi at Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. The truck is an extremely difficult model to find. Fareed made note of our prior inquiry and contacted us on a Sunday when a customer transaction fell through and the vehicle became available. He drove to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to provide additional photos to aid our decision making. This dealership is very unorganized and a lack of communication makes working with them quite difficult. You have to follow up very often to get answers or problem solved. I could go into detail all day, but will save the time and keep it short and sweet. at the end of the day, I was happy with my purchase and customer service by Rashi. It was just the process of getting the vehicle that was a hassle.
Very simple processes made car buying simple. The car was as advertised and I would recommend the dealership

I've been buying new vehicles for 38 years and this was the smoothest transaction I've made yet. The communication has been spot-on. They were knowledgeable in their product, fair on pricing, and had it sitting in my driveway within 3 hours of notifying me it was available. I never left my living room.
