They were very friendly. Kelly my salesman went oubof his way to get the truck I wanted and answered all my questions.
Andres was fantastic, he didn’t beat around the bush and was straight to the point. Although, we showed up late we were able to make the purchase without a hitch. I am a Ford fan since birth, I even used to work at truck city ford in the past. I love this truck!!!

After adamantly telling me my trade in was only valued at 20K, they turned around and listed it for 31K. Very questionable business practice. I understand being in business to turn a profit, but deception shouldn’t be baked into the business plan. Because of that, I would never recommend Leif Johnson Ford to my family or friends. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she explained what had happened and expressed concern about my perception of how that part of the process had disappointed me.
