I was greeted by Frank, in used vehicles, and he was very friendly. He showed me a used truck, then let me test drive a new truck. Leo helped me with the new truck. Ryan helped with the financials. There's a lot of new stuff for me to learn, after driving the same Ford Ranger for almost 30 years. I wish they had a manual. I don't want to print over 300 pages, and I don't like reading on my phone. For the price I paid for a new vehicle, I should get a book that tells me how to use all the new technology.
Need to improve detailing and give more info about the vehicle. Make sure to inform about some of the nuances..
I did everything online. It was so easy, I loved it. Thomas gave me all the information I needed, gave me some options, showed me the pricing details online, and came up with a great deal quickly. Love it, it was so easy!
