Glenn was easy to work with. His crew worked really hard to get the job done. The pool was installed in 1961 and now looks brand new. The cost was way less than I expected. My wife and I can't get over how the pool turned out!
"We were looking for a Loop-Loc pool cover and had gotten several estimates. Leisure Contracting, LLC by far had the best price. Once we decided to go with Leisure, we had issues with weather and were unable to get our old pool cover with water bags off, so the project had to be put on hold. At the very end of the pool season, I got a hole in my vinyl liner. Glen came out to survey the damage, and provided a very detailed estimate. He was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company, and went beyond my expectations to get information for me on services he was not able to offer himself. Very professional, and friendly. My new liner will be installed in the spring, I will update once the installation is complete.
Very professional job and the workers took their time to make sure it was done right. Cannot believe there are no wrinkles in the liner floor. Great job :)
Very pleasant, professional crew. I would hire them again. 2 did the work of better, quicker than a crew of 4 that I had prior.
Leisure ratePools finally completed the job. It took a month, I was told 2 weeks at the onset. Communication wasn't so great as I had to call them for updates. All in all however they did an excellent job faced with 95 and above temperatures every day. The workers were polite and considerate. I would use them again. Glen came prepared with samples and pricing. He too was polite and professional.

I was very happy this was a smooth an hassel free transaction. I was able to get an apointment ASAP, they were very knowledgeable, did their best to save me a penny here and there where they could-nice to know everybody out there isn't trying to rip off a single woman. The pool was swimable in 24 hours!
First, I paid for 1/2 of the pool cover and never heard from them for over one and a half months. When asked why they did not contact me, I never received an answer. They had 3 phone numbers to call. I also asked that they clean and winterize the pool. I was told by the men who appeared in my backyard that they could ONLY install the cover. They left all the trash and the old pool cover in the backyard. NO, I would never hired them again as communication was so poor.
