I thought that they were very unprofessional. They never called back when they said that they would and now our project is still not done

we never called back because we were never interested in the job and never signed a contract that's why we did not call you back
I contacted them 3 days before the appointment they said they would be there, they did not show up nor call. They showed up the next day and added chlorine to the pool when it was a non chlorine pool.
They provided a timely and competitive quote to replace the pool liner and convert to salt. The liner replacement was contracted out and they did an excellent job, the rest of the installation fell apart. Hidden cost for the electrical work needed to install the salt generator, nothing was coordinated with any of the sub-contractors. What we thought was to be done in day took a week and we had to consistently make phones calls asking for a status and timeline of completion. All work is done in house nothing is contracted out. We do have different crews that do different types of service work we are not licensed to do electrical work there for we will not hook up anything electrical. And please keep in mind it is holiday week so we are extremely busy
The owner is HORRIBLE at communicating!!!! He CONTRACTS out the work which was good. He told me it would be done in One week, on Week 3 he still Never returned my phone calls & all of a sudden two guys I dont know show up at my door on Friday Night!!!! Go to ANYONE but him. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was the worst contractor I have ever encountered. They did not keep appointment days, there was never any communication from them. The techs they sent to the job seemed to be guessing at problems and ended up changing almost every part. I originally called them for a pipe that was leaking, a pool light that didn't work and I informed them about a bad gasket as well. These guys were great from the start. they made the effort to fit me in to their already busy schedule, show me things I should know about my pool and the accessories, made great recommendations, and the opening was a great success. Use them if you can, their great.

They were kind enough to point us to an experienced tile installer who did a fabulous job of fixing our pool tiles.
The workers did an excellent job closing my pool. I really apprecisted how they explained how to use the tools for removal or adjustments to my pool cover. I will definitely use Leisure Pools for any future pool services.
