I arrived shortly before closing time. No problem at all for the gentleman at Leith Bed Centre! He took all the time needed, gave me excellent advice, and let me try out different mattresses. Thanks to him, I’m now sleeping like on a cloud. I can highly recommend this store, and anyone who wants a bed that feels like a cloud should definitely get a consultation there and buy their bed there. Thanks again Johann
Three weeks ago I visited the Leith Bed Centre to upgrade my pillows and had the pleasure of being assisted by Greg. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Greg was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He recommended the Tranquil Cool memory foam pillows and his expertise really sold me on them I was so pleased with the quality that I went back today for another pair. I had been looking for a new mattress and had priced one at John Lewis at £850. Leith bed centre were having a February sale and I got a very similar mattress for £300 cheaper. They delivered free and I paid £30 to have the delivery guys take the old mattress away. A no hassle, easy to arrange transaction. The salesman in the shop there to advise, no heavy sales pitch. This will be my go to shop for future purchases.
Absolutely brilliant service. Needed a certain type of mattress for my back. I'd had 2 already in the past year but none of them were suitable. The salesman was great and very knowledgeable and was able to show me the ones that were suited to my needs. Delivered a couple of days later. Drivers were great too.
The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told me about all the different mattresses and encouraged me to try them. He wasn't pushy, just let me take my time and make my own decision. I would definitely recommend Leith Bed Centre.
