What a gorgeous property and reasonably priced. All the amenities were super clean with a lot of natural light. I had the pleasure of touring with Dinora and she was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the community. It’s clear she loves what she does as she had nothing but enthusiasm our entire tour.
Apartment is not bad. Not as affordable as when we first moved in and the prices keep raising. My big issue is the new management company. They have little to no communication regarding complex wide issues. The complex has now become DISGUSTING. No one is taking care of the outside anymore. Dog poop everywhere. Trash bins for dog poop overflowing. Not worth living here if you have to deal with the new management. Definitely not renewing. If I see some changes I MAY change this review. But at this point I doubt it.
Dinora has made my move as easy as possible. Out of touring a lot of apartments she was the best leasing consultant I have dealt with. She was extremely sweet and informative of all of the questions I had. When I had gone for my tour she was already prepared with all the papers for the apartments I was interested in as well as all of the math for the fees and pro rates for the apartments. Thanks again!
My touring experience was absolutely incredible and I am so excited to move into my new home. The apartment was beautiful but honestly it was Dinora who sold the unit for me. I have worked in customer service my whole life and she is truly a gem. So kind, energetic, knowledgeable. She even had my floor plans with hand written notes when I arrived. It is rare to receive the level of service Dinora provides. Thank you Dinora and I am looking forward to my move.
Not worth it. Very bad area. New complex and already changed property management. Not as well kept as previous management. Many car break-ins in the “secure” parking garage on multiple occasions in a short amount of time. 2 car break ins/robberies within 6 months and I park on the 4th (top) floor. Management did literally NOTHING. No additional cameras. No additional security. No help covering or reimbursing the cost of damages/theft. No sorry. No we will do better.
