4 stars is a lie How this place has 4 stars I'll never understand because this is quite possibly one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. I've lived here for almost two years now and at first it was really nice living here, but the place has only gone downhill. First - the apartments were built entirely too fast and are settling HORRIBLY! So far, so good! There were a few hiccups when we moved in but theissues were handled quickly and smoothly. There are several doors not operational that lead to the greenbelt so that’s disappointing. I hope they are open soon. Also a little disappointing we didn’t get a move in gift but owell! Overall, amenities are amazing and each person we have met within the office has been amazing!!

Love this place! I have lived here since May and have had a great experience! Staff is very accommodating and quick to assist when needed.
Love my home! I’ve lived here for over a year and a half and I love it! I was one of the first ones to move in to the complex and it’s been great. The leasing agents only want the best for us and will do anything they can to make sure we’re happy. They’re responsive, helpful and respectful. My unit itself was brand new and clean and safe. The complex has everything I need: a gym, a pool, working space, etc and there’s often community events! I love it so much I’ve even had friends move into the complex!
Great community! This apartment community is my second apartment community since I’ve moved to Austin and I have to say, I am so fortunate! The apartment unit itself is spacious, has nice finishings, and is a overall treat aesthetically! The price feels fair for what you’re receiving. Their maintenance team is quick to respond to requests though I rarely have had any issues. The community itself feels safe and spacious and overall pretty luxe!
