they say work is being done there, but really they send your vehicle to another garage without your permission or knowledge. Been there twice, for minor things 1st time was told 2hrs, turned out to be overnight. (9hrs) for water pump. today I asked for an alignment was told to bring it in, then told it needed ball joint I went and bought it. they did the ball joint but don't even have an alignment machine that was working. After waiting for an hour for a tow truck to take my car to a nearby service station, a truck shows up in the pouring rain. I go out with the driver, talk to the car anout the problem and where I want the car towed. I get in the car and asked where I should move the car so it can be towed. At that point the driver said he can't tow it now because an accident was just called in. I'm not at all happy as I already waited for an hour and now had to start over in line. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bad experience. Complete rip offs!! Never go here..you will be sorry..I know I am...I guess you live and learn. Own up to your mistakes!
Usually I love it so they get a 5, HOWEVER, today they said my son's car would be done before they closed and they would call, they never did and now they are closed until monday. Either my son or I are going to have to lose 2 days of work in addition to the 3 days my son has already lost making paying for repairs tight. WHY COULDN'T SHE HAVE JUST BEEN HONEST WITH US AND WE COULD HAVE TRIED TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. Just call and say sorry we couldn't finish it today.
