This place is a total ripoff. They take advantage of their own close relatives!

April, please stop by the station today so we can speak in person. You haven't been to our shop in years. I'm sorry you are upset about the death of your niece, but we aren't close relatives, so I'm unsure what else we could have done for you. We wouldn't even recognize each other in public. If you continue this, we will be forced to take legal action. Please leave our business out of this.
