I would not recommend lenzi’s after the last 2 times have ended with the owner being a very nasty person! Here is my problem #1 my hybrid broke down was delivered to this place, the car sat for 2 days then was called and said they can’t work on it so it’s towed to my house and I thought it was weird that they dropped my car and left without giving me the keys! Shawn, You are really confused with this situation. First off, Tow operators do not wear body cam footage. What you don't know is that we actually spoke to that towing company & the driver. Second, if you wanted to view footage from our security cameras showing the vehicle being towed in after- hours, then you are free too. Your keys were not left in the "Drop box" but rather left in the cup holder in your vehicle- which is not uncommon. I'm sorry you are upset about the death of your niece, but we aren't close relatives, so I'm unsure what else we could have done for you. We wouldn't even recognize each other in public.
