Lenzi’s is great. I have been going there for about 3 years. Anytime that I have had an issue with my vehicle I have been able to stop in and usually get it back the same day. Everyone has always been friendly and the prices are always reasonable.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I called the BBB yesterday & will be writing reviews until I can't take it anymore. They removed my review that I wrote yesterday. How funny. I went to go pick my car up yesterday, the blonde hair lady with the black glasses was working the front desk. I've already had problems with them in the passed, so when she handed me the receipt, I didn't take it & I walked out the door waiting for my car. When I was standing outside, I heard the blonde hair lady tell the men not to get my... read more

I would not recommend lenzi’s after the last 2 times have ended with the owner being a very nasty person! Here is my problem #1 my hybrid broke down was delivered to this place, the car sat for 2 days then was called and said they can’t work on it so it’s towed to my house and I thought it was weird that they dropped my car and left without giving me the keys! Why didnt you give me the keys bc you broke the fob! Now they say that the tow truck drive broke it and left it in the car. So I filed a claim with insurance but they ... read more

Shawn, You are really confused with this situation. First off, Tow operators do not wear body cam footage. What you don't know is that we actually spoke to that towing company & the driver. Second, if you wanted to view footage from our security cameras showing the vehicle being towed in after- hours, then you are free too. Your keys were not left in the "Drop box" but rather left in the cup holder in your vehicle- which is not uncommon.
