I have put off going to the doctor but I am so glad that I met with Lesley Nielson! She listened to me, was very informative and treated me like I mattered!

I have seen Lesley numerous times over the past 2 years and have been pleased with her each time. She takes time to sit with you and explain things and answer questions. She is prompt at sending referrals and prescriptions, and I think her bedside manner is great!
I saw Ms Nielsen for symptoms of a sinus infection. 10 days earlier I caught COVID. I was getting better, but I had a headache, my ears were clogged, and I had sinus pressure. I had a business trip planned in three days so I want to be prepared. She listened to my chest. She said my lungs were clear. She seemed to ignore what I told her. There were not many people in lobby - in urgent care, so it was not crowded. We were put into a room and briefly asked questions by the nurse. Then, it was 30 minutes or more and no one came in. I finally politely asked if someone would be coming soon.
