I have seen Lesley numerous times over the past 2 years and have been pleased with her each time. She takes time to sit with you and explain things and answer questions. She is prompt at sending referrals and prescriptions, and I think her bedside manner is great!
I saw Ms Nielsen for symptoms of a sinus infection. 10 days earlier I caught COVID. I was getting better, but I had a headache, my ears were clogged, and I had sinus pressure. I had a business trip planned in three days so I want to be prepared. She listened to my chest. She said my lungs were clear. She seemed to ignore what I told her. There were not many people in lobby - in urgent care, so it was not crowded. We were put into a room and briefly asked questions by the nurse. Then, it was 30 minutes or more and no one came in. I finally politely asked if someone would be coming soon. Lesley Nielson finally ran into the room - She Did NOT introduce herself, did NOT listen at all - TALKED AT US - I tried to get a question in as she was running out of the room. She talked at me, instead of to me, and treated me though I was wasting her time, even though she felt I needed follow-up with a specialist, and sent in referral.
Went in as new pt for annual physical, as I was losing insurance and also moving. Needed pap, mammo order, etc, She said "You realize this isn't fair to me" and later repeated this. By this point I thought she was a little off and I didn't want to engage with her so I agreed. When my labs came back and I had an abnormal result I was told to follow up with my next provider.
