It was amazing!!! Our waiter was wonderful and very hospitable.
If you do not mind eating in the dark the ambiance is fine. Meal was good but terribly overpriced. Drinks were very good. Side dishes were the best part of the meal.
Great food. We had the 9 oz filet and the ribeye. While the ribeye was good, the filet was great. Excellent flavor, very juicy.
The wait staff was fantastic. The food came out fairly quick and displayed very well.
The service was excellent as was the food. There wasnt much of a crowd so it was quiet. The only improvment they could make is thier fries were a little lacking in flavor
Birthday celebration. Been to level 2 steakhouse numerous times and the food and atmosphere are extremely top notch. This time the service was terrible; receipt was wrong (a steakhouse at this level should not be making mistakes) and service was so slow (I understand, there were a few big parties ordering wine. But, I felt like we were forgotten sometimes). The food is always great, I recommend the Ribeye or Wagyu. I’ll definitely be back bc you can’t let one bad time wreck the experience.
Unbelievable service - very personable. Atmosphere was a great environment for celebrating an anniversary. Great food - quite the experience.
This repeat visit to Level 2 provided continued quality and welcomed consistency, even as it was the most crowded it has been on multiple occasions. We were welcomed and seated promptly in a rather dark yet quiet venue......, for a while. A good crowd for a Saturday night began to arrive yet Level 2 was quiet enough to carry on a good conversation. Jason began a good night of service with an explanation of some new items on the menu. This was our third visit to Level 2. Each visit has been exactly what we expected; great service, amazing food, and nice ambiance for date night. Food is always exceptional. You MUST get the butter cake for dessert!
