My wife and I celebrated our 47th anniversary at Level 2. The food was delicious, theatmosphere was great, the service was superb, the noise level was so-so, but was the result of a rather boisterous couple sitting across from us. That could not be controlled by Level 2.
We had great service but the food was not as good as expected. Our salads were delicious but our steaks were over cooked very charred but we ordered well done and usually they are not burnt or dried out. The sides were bland. Our dessert was delicious, we ordered the chocolate mousse with an Oreo crust. We thought it would be an excellent dining experience but it was not as good as we thought. Our suggestion is to order medium well so you receive a delicious juicy filet.
Steaks are phenomenal! Great selection of sides to satisfy all!! But the 7-layer cake tops EVERYTHING!!!!!
OMG this place was fantastic. Top end restaurant with excellent food, very attentive servers, nice atmosphere. Went there for an anniversary, they had a rose and rose petals on the table. Very impressive. Must mention the knifes! You get to pick your steak knife from a selection of around a dozen different varieties, fun!
Hostess was rude! I asked specifically to not be seated in a booth (reservations). We were given a table / booth. Bench seat on 1 side. My wife sat there and was uncomfortable. My 12 years old son sat there and was uncomfortable also. I asked if we could move to a table and she said there were no other options. Not pleasant at all. There were open tables 10' away. Food was good. Waitress was friendly. I felt like hostess scowled at us as we left the restaurant. She should we trained or fired!
Six people, 2 kids, on a Sunday night seated early. Gave 2 kids activity sheets which wasn’t expecting but then didn’t have anything for them to color or write with. The wine list sheet was a long sheet of paper that was crumpled and also my menu was crumpled on inside. When dinning a a nicer restaurant it is the little things so we were not off to the best start.
