At the time we went, we were the only gas there! Our service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We would strongly recommend it, and suggest that people know it is also expensive.
My steak was overdone but they were very nice about redoing it in a timely way. The server was very gracious and the restaurant called me the next day to see how things were. That is the first time I've ever had anyone do that!
The reservation process was easy and there was availability for the night we had chosen. The food was average at best, I have had as good at Salt Grass or Longhorn Steakhouse. This was a special night for my fiance and me, as we had just become engaged and were celebrating our event. Her filet was overcooked and inedible. We had it returned and I split my ribeye with her. We've been dining at Level 2 several times a year for the past four years. The quality of the food has taken a nose dive the past year. We enjoy fine dining and don't mind spending money for quality food; however we won't be back. It's disappointing because Branson has few fine dining options.
Excellent food and service, very welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed our date night there.
Christopher was our server and attention to detail was definitely his forte. From the moment he greeted us to the moment we were done eating it couldn't have been any better.
We LOVE Level 2! The service is always impeccable, as well as the food. We tried new menu items this time and were very pleased! Level 2 is definitely on our list of favorites!
Alisia was our waitress and she was outstanding!! The food is always great. We come back yearly because it is worth it!!
Desert was delicious! Service great! Loved the knife selection too!
