Too noisy with kids and hotel guests running around.
We had crab cake appetizer which was excellent. Also had the small filets which were prepared perfectly. Sides are large enough to share. Very good dinner.
We had visited Level 2 a couple of times when it was located on the Landing after the tornado. The atmosphere in the Hilton is much more intimate, but the food is still just as good. A bit expensive, but good for special occasions. We appreciated the complimentary valet parking, and the bar was well-stocked.
Our server, Whitney, was excellent, very attentive without being over bearing. She was among the best we have ever experienced. We much prefer our steaks very rare and that is how we ordered them. However, one came out medium and the other was medium well. Needless to say, we sent them back. New steaks were promptly and accurately prepared and served. The salt rub on the steaks was way too salty for our tastes and we had to scrape off as much as we could. The steamed asparagus and creamed spinach were very good.
We love Level 2. One of our favorite places to celebrate with a great meal. The kids love it too, even now, as they are older, they look forward to going every year. staff are always courteous and well trained, food never disappoints.
It is always a treat to eat at Level 2. We make sure to dine there every time we are in Branson. The steaks are amazing, as are any dishes we have tried! It's fun when they bring out the selection box of steak knives for you to choose the style you want! Our food was awesome from appetizer to desert. My filet was very salty but scrapped it off and was great. Not sure why it was like that but my dinner wasn't ruined. The waitress was by far the best ever. I will definitely dine there again but on special occasions as is a bit pricey but not too bad for the quality.
We have visited several times. This time was for NYE. We had a reservation and were seated right at our time. Our waitress seemed frazzled and disorganized. Because we have eaten here often, we are familiar with the knife presentation prior to receiving your steak. This did not happen until after we received our food.
