We went to Level2 for a fun dress up date night. We did our research prior so we expected the cost and atmosphere. We both had a fantastic steak and we shared the garlic potatoes. It was neat to pick our own steak knife to use for the evening. We also had dessert and it was wonderful. Noise level was pretty quiet and out seating seemed sorta private. Highly recommend for a fun outing and great food!
Overall a good experience. I usually avoid hotel restaurants because they are often over-priced and service level is not a good. Level 2 is expensive, but worth it. The restaurant wasn't very busy for a 6:30 on a Saturday, poor weather and off-season could be a factor. Restaurant appearance is very appealing. The restaurant is quiet and comfortable. For my birthday I wanted to dine at an establishment that would captivate me and leave me wanting to experience quality time and time again. I established a relationship that would withstand the life of time, in The Level 2 . I drove 6 hours to receive this ******** star experience. Always great. We go there almost every time we are in Branson.
The steak we ordered was well prepared, a little less salt on the sides would have helped. We could not eat all of the food we were served. Our waitress Whitely was amazing, you could not ask for better service than she provided us. I would caution anyone to be ready for a somewhat pricy meal as the side items, including salad are not included. I do love the knife selection and the opportunity to select our own knife and have our names engraved on it after five visits.

Too noisy with kids and hotel guests running around.
We had crab cake appetizer which was excellent. Also had the small filets which were prepared perfectly. Sides are large enough to share. Very good dinner.
We had visited Level 2 a couple of times when it was located on the Landing after the tornado. The atmosphere in the Hilton is much more intimate, but the food is still just as good. A bit expensive, but good for special occasions. We appreciated the complimentary valet parking, and the bar was well-stocked.
