One of our parties had to send a steak back twice as it was overcooked the first time then undercooked when they brought it back. They did deduct the steak from our bill. Had the butter cake which is wonderful. But this time the cake was cool and tough from past times. Overall we love this place and will visit whenever we are there. They will make things right if they are not up to standards.
Very good food and service however, the price for an a la cart menu was outrageous. Just silly.
It's truly hard to find fine-dining in the Branson area. We've found it! We went for my son's 21st birthday and were truly in awe of the food and service. I travel for business and eat at 4 & 5 star restaurants all over the country. I would put this up against any of them. We really enjoyed visiting Branson from Washington, DC. It was a great steakhouse. Best meal while we were there.
By far the best restaurant in S. Missouri. Our waiter, Christopher, was outstanding, as well as the rest of the staff. My husband and I try to go every year for our anniversary.
We enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner at Level 2. The table was specially set for the occasion. The hostess and waitress both wished us happy anniversary upon arrival. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. The ambiance was excellent. The meal was excellent all around: appetizer, salad, and bread were perfect, both steaks were cooked correctly, and the sides were very good. The food has always been great. It does seem that service has been pretty slow on a few occasions
My filet was excellent. My wife had the chicken and neither of us liked the heavy cinnamon flavoring. The service was great.
