Overall the meal was very good, especially the preparation of the steaks and side dishes. We did not care for the salads as much. The service and wine selection hit the mark.
Very good food in a spacious environment with just moderate noise. Easy to hold a conversation. Service was impeccable.
Your smoked bleu cheese
Our server, Anton, was engaging and professional. The receptionist was curt, dismissive, and seemed put-out that she needed to get off her phone. Her attire was appropriate until she turned around and showed her very large tattooed back in the backless sweater she was wearing.

I saw how incredibly nice the restaurant looked and booked a dinner for 3 (mom, dad, and I) to celebrate my mom’s 84th bday. When we arrived, the young guy at the front desk didn’t greet us at all. I went up to him and said hello and said I had a reservation. He said that the restaurant was full but that they had a table out in the open area near the bar. We decided to celebrate another birthday milestone at Level 2, as we had done two years before. The menu prices were significantly higher (yes, I understand inflation, etc.) My 6 oz filet was $52 or 56, plus $14 for a side. Quality was great and cooked properly. The time between courses was excessive, 10 minutes between app and salad and salad and entree. The steaks were cooked to order, however, they weren't hot and they were very salty. The filet was med-rare, but was over seared. The sides were cold. Overall, it was very disappointing and not worth the price. The perks; our server was nice, they offered free valet parking, and they decorated the table for our anniversary dinner.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. When we arrived, it took almost 15 minutes or more before a hostess came to the front desk to see us. After we got in the restaurant, we found out that they had changed their menu and not told anybody. We were looking for a great prime rib dinner, but they told us now they only serve prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays. They do not serve it anymore during the week. The food was so so. We have visited this steakhouse every summer for the past four or five years, and it has always been a highlight of our trips. Unfortunately, this year was by far the worst experience we’ve had, and it’s clear that something has changed for the worse. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated promptly, but that was where the good service ended.
