I love my new couch! I had one that was four years old and hated it from day one. I’m so happy with my new purchase and the whole buying experience was very easy and informative.
We came in last week to look for a nice love seat for new house. We dealt with a young girl named Heidi. She was awesome. She didn’t push and answered every question we had. She was very polite and knew what she was talking about. We discussed it over the last week and checked out other places. It was as efficient as I could have expected, Paula was courteous and professional.
Our designer, Brian Sleamon has been a tremendous help. He is attentive to our needs and lifestyle and creates from there. Our house burned and we needed to fill a houseful of furniture. You can imagine how stressful! But Brian has patiently guided us step by step and room by room. He is very creative and full of wonderful and yet practical ideas. We would highly recommend him to everyone we know. He has gone above and beyond in service!!!
Brian was great! Professional and very knowledgeable! Quite courteous not to mention patient and tolerant while we (finally) made our final decisions. His input was very much appreciated! Will recommend both Brian and the store. We will undoubtedly be returning ourselves. Thank you!!
