The drivers should call the numbers on file to let them know they are coming, prior to arrival. I did not get a call or even a window for delivery until after they arrived (despite calling earlier to check on ETA and receiving a message that they were not open until 10am). The person who called me back was not the driver. “Sarah” called three times with questions like how far away was I, could they leave it there, if they could reschedule, etc. I said repeatedly that I could get there in 10 minutes, and she kept stating that... read more

We were made to feel like our purchase and price negotiations were a complete inconvenience for our salesperson, Marlene Forst, at Levin’s Avon, Ohio store. Marlene checked with her Manager on the pricing before the sale; yet we were told multiple times that her Manager was upset with what she negotiated, as if her and her Manager’s issues were somehow all our fault!!
