I purchased a new mattress , bunker board, and an adjustable base. I gave the salesperson the dimensions of my bed and was told everything would fit. The delivery and setup were perfect. The person who set it up called me at work to tell me what I purchased was not going to work. I told him to complete the set up because the salesperson assured me it would. No proper communication . Each individual has different explanation about product order . They confuse the costumer . Slow service . It takes a month to get the orders .

Saleswomen was accusatory and disrespectful once I made $10,200.00 payment . Trying to argue with the dedicated delivery dates promised after that’s noted on the contract. Once they get your money there attitude starts. No service after the sale to date. Buy elsewhere.

On Saturday I was at your store on 19. The gentleman was not helpful at all. So the next day we went to your West Mifflin store and Heather was extremely helpful showing us different things and trying to find what would work for us. So I ended up buying something from your West Mifflin store, not only a sofa but some lamps

Pushy and cold experience. Very dismissive and didn’t care to help unless we were spending a lot of money. When asked a question the man answered as he was walking away didn’t care to help.
