No proper communication . Each individual has different explanation about product order . They confuse the costumer . Slow service . It takes a month to get the orders .

Saleswomen was accusatory and disrespectful once I made $10,200.00 payment . Trying to argue with the dedicated delivery dates promised after that’s noted on the contract. Once they get your money there attitude starts. No service after the sale to date. Buy elsewhere.

On Saturday I was at your store on 19. The gentleman was not helpful at all. So the next day we went to your West Mifflin store and Heather was extremely helpful showing us different things and trying to find what would work for us. So I ended up buying something from your West Mifflin store, not only a sofa but some lamps

Pushy and cold experience. Very dismissive and didn’t care to help unless we were spending a lot of money. When asked a question the man answered as he was walking away didn’t care to help.

Wouldn't buy anything from Levin's or online ordered Furniture online picked up two recliners from Pleasant Hills store brought them home both damaged they want to send somebody out to repair them in 2 weeks but I bought new I want new I have no place to store to recliners and two chairs and wait a month for the new ones to arrive all I want to do is return the damage chairs to the store and wait on The Replacements they refuse to do that
