Eliana was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the existing inventory and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for.. as opposed to us walking around clueless. She helped pick out fabrics. She listened and made excellent recommendations to what we had a vision for as well as something that was durable.

I have been back to Levins several times. All salespersons were knowledgeable and nice, not pushy. I bought today with the one sales person whom talked with most . She was busy but came over when she was finished with her clients. She was knowledgeable , and helped me chose couch and pillow covers, and measured as to how I wanted the couch set up in my house . She thanked me for waiting and for asking for her .

Salesman Mark was great - Customer Service was great - warehouse not as great - bought floor sample - checked chair thoroughly- nothing was wrong with it or the remote - it was wrapped for pickup- remote all scratched - piping around arm torn and noticeable mark on headrest area that I was able to get out - none of these were wrong with the chair when we purchased it!
