I called the store to purchase an item and Lisa got the paperwork prepared for my same day arrival. Customer service was efficient in processing my transaction. Loading dock was quick in loading my cabinet and I was on my way. Could not be happier with the service. Overall it was impressive how everyone worked together. Thank you!

Dean Coughenour was our sales rep, You could not ask for a better person to help you. Dean took his time and did not rush us. He did not rush us and try to sell us something that we did not need. We will be back in the future. We feel that we got a good deal. The only problem that we have, we did not mention to Dean is that The matterss that we have is only 3 years old. Janice’s approach was friendly and not aggressive. She gave me the space I needed to look around which made the experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable and offered to hold a sofa and chair so I can bring my husband in to the store to view before purchasing

The salesman greeted us at the door and showed us exactly where the recliners were. He let us roam through the store with no pressure. He was fantastic. The only thing he didn’t do was offer us any other discounts on the chair I bought.
