After describing what we were looking for, our salesman, Pete, walked us directly to the set that he would recommend, and it turned out to be exactly the sectional and recliner that we wanted. Getting to customize the fabric of all the pieces, even including the pillows, was a great experience. Overall, we were very pleased with our purchase and with our salesman.

Everything was good but I expected to have my old chair removed upon delivery of my new one. I was told they couldn't do that so it will influence my purchases in the future. The sales person was pleasant and helpful.
