The mattress board was not delivered with the mattress. Jocelyn and the manager Frank immediately tried to resolve the problem. They were both wonderful. They went above and beyond and it was resolved. I have bought furniture at Levi’s for 40 years and I have always been happy with the service and purchases. I highly recommend Levin’s.

Mike took a lot of time explaining mattresses and adjustable beds to me so I could compare and decide what I wanted or needed. Frank completed the paperwork of purchase the next day since Mike was off and we wanted a Saturday delivery..Both men provided excellent customer service.

We were greeted at the door by Reagan Bennett a very pleasant gentleman / salesman. We told him what we were interested in and the two brands (Flexsteel and English sofa and chair sets), he showed us were both were located and gave us privacy to explore. My husband and I really appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he did not know the answer to a question he found out the answer for us.
