As soon as we entered the store we walked right over to Terri … I told her what I was looking to purchase and that I needed to open a credit card account . Everything was good but I expected to have my old chair removed upon delivery of my new one. I was told they couldn't do that so it will influence my purchases in the future. The sales person was pleasant and helpful.
