You did great, greeted with a pleasant hello! We were looking for two reclying chairs and were led black to your chairs on display. We settled on two that fit our need, got a full demonstration of operation and learns that both were in stock, set up delivery and completed the purchase. Charlenen was very helpful with all our questions and very pleasant.
