My husband & I went to Levin‘s in Greensburg today. (I had already found the sofa & love seat on-line that I absolutely loved!) Charlene approached us & asked if she could help!! YES she helped us!! The set we wanted wasn’t in the showroom~ but she searched on-line & found the LAST sofa in their warehouse & also was able to find the loveseat (which was out of stock but she was able to order one for us! ) The set was on sale at a great price so I never expected for it to be available! First, and foremost, our quest for a new couch was aided by the BEST sales consultant, Charlene Goebel. She made the process quite pleasant by answering our many questions. She didn’t hover over us as many times happens when in a store. Charlene was personable, courteous and quite knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at and ultimately purchased. At first we were bumming the 2 things we went in for a desk and u guys didn’t have not a one the other was a counter top dining table and chairs u guys had a few that would could look at but what we wanted was a simple plain round wood table and chairs nothing caught our eye!!
