Jessica (Greensburg) was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable about the chairs I was looking at and the warehouse pickup process, and very pleasant to talk to. I would come back and ask for her again. The store looks great!

After meeting Jocelyn and trying several mattresses I returned a few weeks later - I again sampled 2 mattresses and made my decision. She provided me with the breakdown of costs but never pressured me - it was a very pleasant experience!
