The sales associate was very helpful when we needed him, but allowed us to check everything out on our own without hovering. We really appreciated that. Sales consultant Charlene was very knowledgable, friendly and never stopped or even took a break. I spent quite some time on matress selection and she explained the different qualities well. Before coming in I had my mind somewhat set on trying out a tempurpedic or a casper mattress since all my family members love casper products.
