Should have known better than to order a sofa and chair online. The furniture is not comfortable, cheaply made, color is darker than expected and material is not as expected.

Found furniture that I liked but our sales person, who was friendly, seemed to be new and struggled to answer questions and struggled with the computer screen and printer. He failed to give an explanation of the platinum warranty that I purchased and did not give me a printed copy, which I didn't realize until I got home. I have nothing to explain what I get for my $400. I called Customer Service and requested a copy be mailed to me. I also wish I had asked questions about the fabric and care.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought new living room set on may 18, cancelled an end table on the 20th that I purchased being it was not coming in till 2nd week of June, 3.5 weeks later still no refund. Called 3 times and get 3 different answers from cooperate and the Greensburg store. Now told it’s going to be another 14-20 days till I get my refund in the mail. We always work with Frank. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You had what I wanted and love it. Wish we could have it delivered but you didn’t have any in stock. I never leave the store empty handed
