Initial consult with the female employee was positive. She was honest, upfront and transparent to all of our questions which was greatly appreciated. The male who completed the sale the following day was either new or did not understand the current offers and processes. The manager had to be contacted numerous times due to questions on false information stated. The process also took extremely longer than expected.

Should have known better than to order a sofa and chair online. The furniture is not comfortable, cheaply made, color is darker than expected and material is not as expected.

Found furniture that I liked but our sales person, who was friendly, seemed to be new and struggled to answer questions and struggled with the computer screen and printer. He failed to give an explanation of the platinum warranty that I purchased and did not give me a printed copy, which I didn't realize until I got home. I have nothing to explain what I get for my $400. I called Customer Service and requested a copy be mailed to me. I also wish I had asked questions about the fabric and care.
